We collect the following information when you create an account or use CoApply:
Your information is used solely to provide the CoApply service, including authenticating your account, running the automation engine on your behalf, and sending transactional emails such as account verification. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All data is stored on our secure VPS infrastructure. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed and never stored in plain text. Your LinkedIn credentials and session cookies are stored encrypted in isolated per-user directories accessible only to the automation engine.
We use PayFast to process subscription payments. PayFast operates under its own privacy policy. We receive only payment confirmation notifications and do not store your payment card details.
Your data is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data including application history, uploaded resumes, and credentials will be permanently removed.
We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
